Current work

I'm currently conducting spatial transcriptomics research with Dr. Zack Chiang at Harvard's Buenrostro Lab. The structural organization of chromosomes in our nuclei is a fascinating and important form of epigenetic regulation, and I'm analyzing how this structural information is passed down as cells divide.

Past work

For three years in high school, I worked at the Neurogenomics Lab at Carnegie Mellon University. My project involved finding blood biomarkers for Alzheimer's Disease, mentored by Dr. Andreas Pfenning and Easwaran Ramamurthy. My work has been featured in the Pittsburgh Post Gazette.

During the summer of 2019, I attended the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center Academy, an eight-week summer research program. The program culminated in a presentation and poster session, and you can check out my poster here.
